I wanted to take this time to say “YOU GUYS ROCK”!! I just knew, when I dropped my digital camera on the garage floor that it was a goner! I searched the internet and found American Camera and Camcorder Repair. It was the closest place that I had found, to fix my camera. I live in Missouri and American Camera and Camcorder repair in Arkansas (less than two hours away)! I also want to say I appreciate the super fast turn-a-round on my camera! I sent the camera in Priority mail, on a Friday, and on Monday afternoon, they were calling me, to tell me, they could fix my camera!! Plus I got my camera back within a week!! Even though my Sony camcorder had multiple intermittent problems, American Camera and Camcorder was able to fix it. I haven’t had any more trouble with it, and that was four years ago.
Since 1971, Gene Pernaich is the only person I let repair my electronic equipment. I know he will do the job perfectly, and make it work like new again.

One of the many things I really like about American Camera and Camcorder is that you get to talk with the technician working on your equipment. They will call you and explain exactly what needs to be done and how much it will cost, before any actual repair work is done.
